MENTAL HEALTH PROJECTS
After an existential crisis in 2014, Ajani Charles was inspired to face his shadow, replacing his maladaptive coping mechanisms, environments, and relationships with healthier alternatives.
Through healing and rebuilding himself with help from numerous experts and fellowships, he realized that most of humanity’s problems stem from a lack of mental health, introspection, courage, and self-compassion. His challenges were a microcosm of humanity’s challenges.
As such, in 2017, he introduced a mental health advocacy component to his career and has since been contributing to some of the world's most innovative and effective mental health organizations.
Thrive Global
As of 2019, Ajani Charles has been a journalist for Thrive Global, a behaviour change technology and media organization to support individuals struggling with stress and burnout.
