Ajani is a mindfulness consultant certified through the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies’ Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation program and the University of British Columbia’s Stress Management and Resiliency Techniques (SMART) program, among other reputable institutions. He teaches mindfulness to ambitious and influential executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, corporate teams, and film and television professionals on a global scale.
